Saying nice things about ourselves is a lot harder than it should be! For what it’s worth, you look great, totally work-appropriate.💕 Love your hair.
I’ve been thinking about the whole makeup thing, who I’m wearing it for, what a time-suck it is, etc. I’m not there yet but the day is coming when I say, Fuck it. 😁
I don't wear makeup, not because of any philosophical thing but because most things I could put on my face make my eyes itch and my nose run.Not a good look. I do enjoy lipstick though!
The reasons I can't wear a normal bra are probably different from yours but fwiw I've had luck with these: https://www.calvinklein.us/en/invisibles-lightly-lined-v-neck-bralette/QF4708.html I take the foam padding out and go one size up. They're not a hundred percent reliable for me, some days I really can't wear them, but it's a nice option to have.
That affirmations thing sounds terrifying haha. It's amazing how hard it is to say nice things about yourself.…
It was terrifying! But it helped. Thanks for pointing out that there's a way between the Scylla of lumpy sports bras and the Charybdis of underwire bras I can't wear because it's impossible to get them on one-handed
Love your writing - and of course the topics. So on point for a 64 year old like myself starting a new business. And a shout out to your therapy group for encouraging you, and you for not giving up xx

Lipstick is transformative, especially in pictures. Sorry your skin is against it!
Lipstick is OK! It's foundation, powder, mascara, eyeshadow etc. that my skin hates!
